   SALMO 119:    A EXCELÊNCIA DA LEI DO SENHOR E A FELICIDADE DAQUELE QUE A OBSERVA

- “Salmo 119
11 Escondi a tua palavra no meu coração, para eu não pecar contra ti.
12 Bendito és tu, ó SENHOR; ensina-me os teus estatutos.
13 Com os meus lábios declarei todos os juízos da tua boca.
14 Folguei tanto no caminho dos teus testemunhos, como em todas as riquezas.
15 Meditarei nos teus preceitos, e terei respeito aos teus caminhos.
16 Recrear-me-ei nos teus estatutos; não me esquecerei da tua palavra.
17 Faze bem ao teu servo, para que viva e observe a tua palavra.
18 Abre tu os meus olhos, para que veja as maravilhas da tua lei.”

11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
12 Blessed [ art ] thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as [ much as ] in all riches.
15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
17 Deal bountifully with thy servant, [ that ] I may live, and keep thy word.
18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.”

12 Bendito tú, oh SEÑOR, enséñame tus estatutos.
13 Con mis labios he contado todos los juicios de tu boca.
14 En el camino de tus testimonios me he gozado, como sobre toda riqueza.
15 En tus mandamientos meditaré, y consideraré tus caminos.
16 En tus estatutos me recrearé, no me olvidaré de tus palabras.
17 Haz este bien a tu siervo que viva, y guarde tu palabra.
18 Destapa mis ojos, y miraré las maravillas de tu ley.”
